Our Weekly Game of Poker

I used to play poker a lot in our house every weekend together with my friends. It is our own way to unwind from the daily hustle and bustle of life. We always tried to meet up every Saturday evening in my place and drink some beer and light cigars and play. It is really great to see friends enjoying at the same time getting the latest gossip and other irrelevant things. The normal meet up time is around 9 PM and usually it last until the wee hours in the morning. The game of choice is always Texas Hold ‘Em poker because it is the easiest type of poker that we learnt so far. Our buy in is just pretty small, around 10 bucks. Normally after the game, one will just lose around 50 bucks and will gain a ton of stories and gossip from around town. The best part is you will feel that you never lose eventually because you are drinking and getting lots of new information and jokes.
